I apologize is this is not the right place for this or is someone else has already asked this.

I noticed in the update that they mentioned that Istan has six new quest. (not including those for Non-Nightfall Chars and I assume Wintersday only quest). Does anyone know where they are, I've been to every outpost and mission area and did not see them.
